For today’s case, Dr. Emer is going to be performing a penile rejuvenation treatment with PRP, Aerolase, and BTL Cellutone. The growth factors and stem cells in PRP, extracted from the patient's blood, are injected into the staff of the penis to stimulate new cell growth, and help improve nerve endings and blood flow for increased performance and pleasure. Dr. Emer is specialist in male sexual enhancement & penile rejuvenation treatments.

PRP is called liquid gold for a reason. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is known to heighten levels of arousal when injected into the penis - it is a regenerative procedure that helps treats issues like low arousal and erectile dysfunction. Some people call this the "Man Shot." Erections are harder and stronger, and orgasm is more intense. The procedure is surprisingly short and with minor discomfort and minimal downtime. Along with this treatment, it's important to add Aerolase and BTL Cellutone to boost results.

There is no downtime for this treatment but swelling and bruising can persist for up to 2 weeks. It takes 3-6 weeks to start to see the full effect of the treatment. A series of 3 treatments should be done a month apart first and then maintained every 3-6 months for optimal results.

In the past, the penis would be bandaged after treatment and during the healing period but nowadays, the application of a topical cream prescribed by Dr. Emer is the best recovery protocol. It’s critical to keep the treated area very moist since keeping the area moist translates into better wound healing. The problem with keeping the area moist, however, is that patients perceive that the wound is it taking longer to heal because the scab appears hydrated and doesn’t peel off quickly. Towards the end of the treatment, Dr. Emer takes one last look at all areas of the penis to ensure that each and every papule has been removed so that the probability of the patient having to undergo a second treatment is minimized.
