In this video we change the recipe slightly by substituting our emulsifier and adding some corn syrup to help give the gummies a better squish! I explain why you might substitute certain things and what their advantages would be when making gummies. If you make these without infusing them, then you would skip adding the Guar Gum or Lecithin. The general recipe I am using is: 2 Tbsp of Unflavoured Gelatine (Knox or Royal) 2 x 85 Gram Flavoured Gelatine Packets (ex: 3oz Packet of Jello or Royal) 2 Cups of Juice or Water (divided)(240ml) 1 tsp of Mold Inhibitor (I used Potassium Sorbate, but you can use Lemon Juice or LorAnn Mold Inhibitor) 1/2 Cup of Light Corn Syrup 1/8 tsp of Food Colouring (optional) (I'm guessing this measurement, in the end I used 4 squirts of the food coloring bottle) 2 tsp of Food Flavouring (optional) (LorAnn or FunCakes or whatever other brand of concentrated flavouring) 1.5 tsp of Guar Gum (can use Sunflower or Soy, Liquid or Granules) If Infusing, you can use up to 120ml of tincture (I used around 90ml in this recipe), or 1/2 cup of Cannabutter or CannaOil, or use concentrate to reach your desired potency. If not infusing; skip this and also exclude the Guar Gum (you only need that if infusing).
