f I ever became 150kg again… these are the 3 things I’d 100% do to lose fat. After losing over 60kg myself, I know what works and what’s just hype. If I had to start all over again at 150kg, these would be my top 3 fat loss strategies: ⸻ 🔥 1. Walking – Increase my daily steps The most underrated fat loss tool is daily movement. I’d check my current average daily steps (let’s say it’s 6,000) and increase it by +2,000 steps consistently. No gym needed — just walk. This boosts NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) which burns more calories than people realize. ⸻ ⏳ 2. Fasting – Reduce my eating window Fasting is my go-to when I need to control calories without mentally exhausting myself. I’d follow a simple 16:8 or 18:6 intermittent fasting routine. This would automatically reduce my calorie intake without complicated dieting. Plus, it keeps me more mindful and in control of my hunger. ⸻ 💪 3. Whey Protein – Most efficient source of protein Protein is non-negotiable during fat loss — especially when you’re obese. Whey gives me high-quality protein with the least amount of calories. Compare this: 30g protein from paneer or chicken = higher calories. Whey gives the same 30g protein, lower calories, no fat, more convenience. ⸻ 👊 These 3 habits are simple, effective, and sustainable — especially if you’re starting your fat loss journey and feel overwhelmed.
