I had a couple of yall request a what I eat in a day video, so since I'm still doing Faster Way to Fat Loss, I thought I'd share what I eat in a day (or rather, 2 days!) on FWTFL! In this video, I'll be sharing some typical recipes I make on low carb days, as well as on normal macro days. On Faster Way, you have two days in a row that are low carb, followed by 5 normal macro days. The low carb days remind me a lot of Keto, as you basically double the fat you eat and restrict your carbs to less than 50 grams, and then the regular days are a much more balanced intake of protein, carbs, and fats. A good rule of thumb when looking for recipes for low carb days is to search for Keto recipes and eliminate any dairy in the recipe (or substitute with a vegan dairy option) and then on regular days, Paleo recipes work well. When the meat is about halfway cooked, I stir in some minced garlic and grated ginger, to taste. After the meat is cooked, I put the bags of cole slaw into the pan and saute with plenty of soy sauce. The Trader Joe's sweet chilli sauce is a great option to give it a little kick of sweet and spicy. Peanut butter and chocolate fat bombs: Mix in a bowl: 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil 4 tablespoons nut butter of choice 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons stevia or sweetner replacement of choice Once those ingredients are mixed, grab a muffin tin and pour mixture a quarter or halfway up, depending on the size of your muffin tin. Stick in the freezer for 10 minutes. While that layer sets, mix in another bowl: 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil 4 tablespoons nut butter of choice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener replacement of choice when your first layer is solid, take it out of the freezer and pour the peanut butter mix over the top. Freeze once again until totally solid and enjoy!
