We’ll focus on warming up your body and activating those muscles in the first phase. This is done with side bends and slow jumping jacks. The second phase builds strength with squats, hip swirls, and deadlifts, engaging your legs, core, and arms. This will keep your body engaged. After that, we’ll focus on the waist with torso twists, windmills, and waist pinchers. And finally, we’ll finish with some full-body moves to ensure a well-rounded session that you can really feel.
