To reduce belly fat along with exercise first of all we should improve our daily routine. First of all we should improve our diet. If you are taking unhealthy things then belly fat can never be reduced so keep in mind that always take protein and fiber rich things so that the fat gets reduced. Secondly we should get enough sleep so that our endocrine glands and internal organs remain healthy and function well so that whatever food we take does not get converted into fat but gets converted into energy. Third we should do at least 30 minutes of yoga exercise daily. Fourth we should pay attention to stress management.
