Regularly write down your measurements for: Arm Chest Waist Hips Thigh Calf 1. Keep the tape snug but not TIGHT. You don't want it to pull in and give you a false reading. 2. Measure the largest part of your chest, waist and hips and calf. 3. Relax everything. Don't flex or suck in. 4. Be consistent when you measure. Same time of day, preferably in the morning. Use this with your regular weigh-ins and you'll have a better picture as to what's going on.
