Welcome back to All About Health and Fitness! Looking for a quick and effective workout that you can do at home without any equipment? Today, we’re showing you a 10-minute fat-burning routine that will help you shed calories and boost your metabolism. Ready to get moving? Let’s jump right in! First, start with a quick warm-up. Jog in place or do some light jumping jacks for one minute to get your blood flowing. Exercise number one: High Knees. Run in place while lifting your knees as high as possible. Do this for one minute. Next, we have Squat Jumps. Lower into a squat, then explode upward into a jump. Repeat for one minute. Third, Plank to Push-Up. Start in a plank position, lower to your forearms, and then push back up. Alternate for one minute. Fourth, Mountain Climbers. In a plank position, alternate bringing your knees towards your chest quickly for one minute. Finally, Burpees. From a standing position, drop into a squat, kick your feet back into a plank, return to squat, and jump up explosively. Do this for one minute. Cool down with some light stretching for one minute.
