I had an orzo (pasta) and veggie soup this day and eating lots of soups has helped me lose fat even recently since gaining some holiday weight. (I’ve lost it all easily in a month of coming home.) I always add loads of veggies and the water content makes them even lower in calories so you can eat more! 👉 Avocado. It helps me really enjoy my food and not feel like I’m on a diet… even during weight loss I eat a small amount with most meals. I don’t have as big an appetite as I used to (some people are experiencing this after covid so could be part of it??) I eat big when I need to, but I don’t force myself to eat huge portions either.
