You will be doing a 5 minute workout (straight through) with no rest (do as much as you can do, if that's 2 minutes starting off that's fine). This workout is key to losing belly fat. You will be doing these exercises for 30 seconds, switching every 30 seconds. Step 1: Do 30 seconds of high knees. Step 2: Do 30 seconds of mountain climbers. Step 3: Do 30 seconds of scissor kicks. Step 4: Do 30 seconds of elbow to knee crunches. The idea is to do this for 5 minutes straight, alternating exercises every 30 seconds. Don't worry if you can't do this for 5 minutes straight, as it is a lot harder than it sounds. You will eventually work your way up to 5 minutes. Drink plenty of water and do this workout 3 days a week while resting every other day. This is a intense workout for losing belly fat as well as a full body workout. Losing belly fat is all about eating the right foods and doing workouts like this that will "shock" your body. Many people do not know how to get rid of belly fat because a lot of these exercises are pretty unknown. This means that only top trainers, athletes and fitness freaks use them.
