Use crutches for a while as in if I need something sweet, I utilize sugar free substitutes as needed. I hate this, but I’ve gotta make changes where I can. Eventually I hope to get away from that too. 3. Move more than I have been. I like to watch my calories with this too. 4. I’m using MyFitnessPal and also MapMyWalk. They’re alright.
