Klar, sie liefern Eiweiß – aber sie sind trotzdem verarbeitete Süßigkeiten mit ähnlichen Kalorien wie ein normaler Schokoriegel. In einer Diät solltest du auf solche Snacks möglichst verzichten und lieber zu echten Lebensmitteln greifen.
