In a small bowl combine, 1/3 cup of egg white protein powder 1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast 1 tsp of Swerve confectioners sugar OR 1 Tbsp of Allulose 1/8 of tsp of active yeast 1 tsp of xantham gum dash of salt 2 egg yolks (use the egg whites for your 1 cup) MIX Add dry ingredients and 2 egg yolks slowly while your mixer is on, mix for approx 2 mins. Make into a loaf, or anything really!!
