This diet is designed for people who are overweight and or obese and want to successfully lose 2-5lbs per week. The protein restriction is probably the most important part of the diet for overweight and obese. However, once you eat the carbs, fruit, fruit juice the cravings go away until your next meal. My fasting morning blood glucose is just about 70 each day, about 30 points lower 30 days ago.
