FOODS THAT ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE CONSUMED WITHOUT RESTRICTION DAILY: (containing a large amount of dietary fiber): cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, greens, tomatoes, zucchini,eggplant, carrots, radishes, radishes, beets, string beans, cod, tuna, salmon, pollock, perch, pink salmon, capelin, flounder, catfish, chicken breast, turkey breast, 2 times lean beef or veal per week, cottage cheese 4-6%, cheese up to 45% fat mass, LIMIT: cereals/cereals (no more than 2-4 tablespoons, cooked, aldente), potatoes 1 medium (baked, boiled), legumes (peas, beans, lentils), pasta, baked goods.
