Luxe Keto Gummies: Benefits and Reviews
⚡️💪🏻3 Performance Enhancing Drugs (that are safe & legal)! This is not medical advice, but it is based on published evidence. Also, we’re talking about #supplements, not drugs (but a little sensationalism never hurt anyone, right? 😉). My job as a surgeon works against my #fitnessgoals: the hours are erratic & my sleep is unavoidably poor at times. I’m also no spring 🐣, so I need all the help I can get to stay lean, fit, & strong. Diet & exercise has carried me a long way, but I’ve realized I need whatever advantages I can find to push things to the next level. Trouble is, there are lots of people trying to sell workout supplements, many of which have inconclusive or no effects. After doing my homework, I found that 3 supplements fit my goals & mesh well with my activities: 1. Creatine monohydrate. It’s well-studied & effective for building muscle. I use @efxsports Kre-Alkalyn primarily to avoid GI upset 🤢 2. Beta-Alanine. Also well-studied & has a synergistic effect with Creatine. I use @kleanathlete Sustained Release formulation, as the SR eliminates the benign parasthesias seen with Beta-Alanine supplementation (benign, but I still don’t want them!). 3. Caffeine. I don’t drink coffee & don’t take in much caffeine in general, so this is totally a workout enhancer for me. I’m a big fan of Sugar-Free @redbull about 30-45 minutes prior to a weights session. This regimen has worked really well for me in combination with a workout routine that includes 2-4 days of strength training & 1-2 days of cardio each week. The Beta-Alanine in particular seems to mesh well with the @bstrongtraining blood flow resistance training that has become my exercise cornerstone. Living On A Keto Diet
🤔From 30% To 15% Body Fat | How Much Time? 🔑Short answer: Between 20-40 weeks (5 to 10 months) for most people that fully commit. The exact timeframe depends on your goals and past experiences with fat loss. If you just want to maintain muscle, you can push a bit harder and realistically get it done in 5-6 months. While if you also want to build some muscle, it’s good to have a slower weight loss rate and it may take you closer to 10 months. 📚Study referenced: Heymsfield, S. B., Yang, S., McCarthy, C., Brown, J. B., Martin, C. K., Redman, L. M., ... & Bosy‐Westphal, A. (2024). Proportion of caloric restriction‐induced weight loss as skeletal muscle. Nurse Tedder’s story highlights her passion for combating weight bias and advocating for better healthcare solutions for individuals living with obesity. We delve into the critical intersection of obesity, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), discussing the unique challenges faced by people of color in accessing quality obesity care and treatment options. Nurse Tedder also sheds light on the Obesity Action Coalition’s impactful Stop Weight Bias campaign, aimed at reshaping societal perceptions of obesity and fostering greater respect for those affected by this chronic condition. In this episode, we emphasize the importance of treating obesity as a medical issue that requires comprehensive care, not just lifestyle changes, and why it’s essential to have obesity treatments included in health insurance plans. Additionally, we address the misconception that body positivity and GLP-1 medications for obesity management can’t coexist. Nurse Tedder explains how embracing both concepts can support self-love and sustainable health improvements. Join us for an insightful conversation about the ongoing fight for better obesity treatment, inclusion, and respect for diverse healthcare needs.
