You will be doing a 5 minute workout (straight through) with no rest (do as much as you can do, if that's 2 minutes starting off that's fine). This workout is key to losing belly fat. You will be doing these exercises for 30 seconds, switching every 30 seconds. Step 1: Do 30 seconds of high knees. Step 2: Do 30 seconds of mountain climbers. Step 3: Do 30 seconds of scissor kicks. Step 4: Do 30 seconds of elbow to knee crunches. The idea is to do this for 5 minutes straight, alternating exercises every 30 seconds. Don't worry if you can't do this for 5 minutes straight, as it is a lot harder than it sounds. You will eventually work your way up to 5 minutes.
