1. Wash poha in a sieve and let it sit for 2 minutes to soften

4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, peanuts, curry leaves and chopped green chili let it splutter
4. Pour the tadka over the dahi poha add sliced onion and mix well
5. Serve and enjoy the cooling magic of this dish
