Ingredients
mung bean / green moong dal - 1 cup
ginger - 1 inch
green chilli - 4
coriander leaves - 10g
watewr - halff cup
blend all together and transfer to the mixing bowl
carrot - 1 cup
onion - 1
tomato - half
salt as required
roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
paprika / chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
give a proper mix
take one full scoop of batter and apply evenly in a hot greased pan
cover and cook both sides until turn golden colour
transfer to the serving plate and serve hot with your favorite of side dish
