While in place, you're going to keep your arms in that position and alternate your knees going up and taping each hand. Make sure you do this for 30 seconds. Now rest for 20 seconds. 1:10 - Broad Jumps for 30 seconds: Standing in place with your head looking forward to the horizon, squat down.
