For those just starting their fitness / health journeys, a question I see being thrown around a lot is how to go from a small soft physique / skinny fat to a more toned, lean physique. I know it can be super frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything you can to shred down and build shape and yet you just end up smaller but still soft and skinny fat. I was in the same position and I hope you can learn from my mistakes through the advice I'll give you in this video!
