It’s very comfortable number to stick to.If you want faster results then do 30% deficit, but remember you will be hungrier and more tired, so don’t stay to long in it. If your goal is to build muscle, then depending on where you at right now , you can either do it at your maintenance calories or increase your calories by 5 or 10%.
