Lecture Description: Pornography is not a problem...unless it is! If you are seeing clients in a professional setting, then chances are that you are treating someone with an addiction to pornography. Regardless of age, gender, race, or sexual orientation, pornography addiction has become an increasingly problematic factor in many people's lives. The biggest barrier in treating pornography addiction is getting the client to talk about it so that we can help them stop, but how can we bridge that gap? Come learn how to assess for pornography addiction, begin the conversation with clients, and help them find ways to manage their addiction and restore intimacy in their lives. Greg Woodhill, MFT, CSAT, facilitates Sex Addiction Treatment Groups for Men, as well as works with individuals and couples at Center for Healthy Sex as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
