I'm not honoring the body God has given me. 🤯 I'm constantly tired and I feel like a shell of myself. The list can go on and on. Many clients have been brought to tears when we get to the heart of the WHY. But the beauty is... The FIRE 🔥 lit in their bellies to stick their program and this time to SUCCEED. We have much more impactful breakthroughs and see them make tremendous changes in habit and mindset that leads to not only immediate results, but long lasting ones as well.
