Been a huge help for me :) People have been asking for a recipe. Bone broth is not one of my recipes… since all you need to do is boil bones and add salt and pepper! Every two weeks I head to the butcher and pick up some beef bones (if it’s a good butcher they will usually give these to you for free if you’re buying something). I then put bones in a large pot on the stove and let it simmer on and off for the better part of a day. Once done, I pick out the bones and bits of cartilage and portion out the broth into these nice Pyrex glass containers I have. Finally, I add a few turns of salt and pepper to each container and then deposit them in the freezer. I have one of these every morning before my coffee :) If I remember I take one out the night before and let it thaw overnight… otherwise you need to spend longer warming it up in the morning.
