We decrease our cravings immensely even after your vacation and when you get home. If you're planning on going a vacation, I don't want you planning your meals, what you're gonna eat, how you're gonna work out. You're only gonna be good and you're only gonna have a few bad days - none of that. Your biggest thing I want you to do when you're going on a vacation is have fun; really tune into your body. Listen to your body. And as you're sitting down, and you're getting ready to eat, ask your body what she wants. You're gonna be surprised how she actually wants fresh whole foods. And from the logistical standpoint, yes; you need to be drinking your water. Make sure you carry your water bottle around with you. You are sleeping well and you are eating your snacks. You got to keep eating every 3-4 hours to make sure your blood sugar doesn't drop and then you don't get raveness and you eat whatever you want. Those are the only real guidelines that you have besides number one.
