If you're overweight or obese, a 700 kcal deficit is a good start. So if you burn 2200 kcal, you’d aim for 1500 kcal/day. 2️⃣ Do 30–60 minutes of cardio daily (bike or treadmill to burn fat), and strength training + abs to build muscle. 3️⃣ Hit your protein target.
