5 Months in Maintenance & Off GLP-1: My Real Routine 💪🏽✨ Okay besties, it’s been 5 full months in weight loss maintenance, and I stopped my GLP-1 maintenance doses about a month or two ago, like I mentioned in my previous maintenance update video 👀.
