I LOSE 10KG WITHOUT ANY CRAZY DIETS - Week 1 Current weight: 79.5kg (175.27 lb) Calories: 2300 kcal 260c / 60f / 180p Steps: 10,000 So we have officially finished our lean bulk since we started it near the start of this year and we are now starting our fat loss phase to get back down to a 10-12% body fat baseline! I'm currently around 79/80kg and the most heaviest I've ever been at 5'4. This lean bulk went a lot better than expected so next time we might even try push 85kg. Over the past year, a lot of you have seen really drastic weight loss methods as I was dieting for my bodybuilding competition season so this time around I wanted to document a much more relaxed and sustainable approach - something I do whenever I'm not competing. I'm going to be sitting at 2300 calories and for every time I don't hit 2300 calories I'm going to try show you how I approached it, what I ate, how much I gained and then how long it took for my weight to get back on track. I want to show you guys that you can still have a social life and enjoy food while still losing weight. There's a lot of approaches to fat loss and it's not something you have to or need to rush if you're not that seriously into bodybuilding. So yeah, this series i guess is just going to go for however long it takes me to lose 10kg and hopefully it helps motivate some of you along the way as well.
