Lightly grease a 7x7 baking dish. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften more if needed. Mix until smooth. Stir in the nonfat Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until well combined. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of the shredded mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), and salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the chopped collard greens until evenly distributed. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
