Warm-Up (5 mins):
Do each for 30 seconds (repeat twice):
• Jumping jacks
• Arm circles (forward & backward)
• High knees
• Hip circles
• Bodyweight squats

Main Workout (Repeat 2–3 rounds)
Perform each move for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
1. Squat to Front Kick – Tones legs, glutes, and core
2. Push-Ups (Modified if needed) – Strengthens arms, chest, and core
3. Jumping Lunges (or Reverse Lunges) – Fat-burning and leg-toning
4. Mountain Climbers – Full-body cardio & core
5. Plank with Shoulder Taps – Tones arms and stabilizes core
6. Glute Bridges – Great for glutes and hamstrings
7. Standing Side Crunches – Obliques and core
